This month marks a significant milestone for H-PASS – a project dedicated to equipping healthcare professionals with the tools and knowledge they need to adapt and thrive in the digital age. As we celebrate the 1st anniversary of launching the project, we reflect on the progress made and the impact of our collective efforts.

The great team of H-PASS from 6 EU member states undertook a comprehensive literature review, digging into contemporary research to identify the latest evidence on HWF skill needs.

Now, as the training development efforts gain momentum, we are crafting a comprehensive training structure that integrates essential digital and transversal skills. Our goal is to create an informative and engaging training course supported by VR technology, tailored to meet the evolving needs of our target audience. Simultaneously, the selection of the optimal platform to support our methodologically complex training pilot is underway.

As we prepare to convene in Cyprus for our upcoming interim meeting, the whole consortium is excited to be working together with our collective passion and commitment. We are ready to design and test training materials, we believe that the H-PASS training initiative will shape the future of healthcare workforce development across Europe.
