The H-PASS consortium is gathering for a crucial two-day workshop in Kaunas, Lithuania, hosted by the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences (LSMU).

This event is a significant step in the H-PASS project, which is dedicated to strengthening the resilience of the healthcare workforce and equipping professionals with essential transversal and digital skills.

What to Expect:

• Pilot Evaluation Workshop: Partners will review their pilot training experiences, discussing adjustments made, and providing suggestions for improving the training materials.

• Sustainability & Change Agents :The focus shifts to long-term impact. We will explore strategies for sustainability at the EU, national, and organizational levels. Discussions will cover the vital role of digital change agents and how to foster synergies with other EU initiatives.
