The training targets both digital and transversal skills connected to the digitalising healthcare. Topics, such as digital technology and healthcare systems, healthcare data and safety, communication and collaboration and well as change, process and project management are discussed in the e-learning lessons of the course.
The length of the training programme varies in different countries, however, the training course is designed to take ca. 40 learning hours including online individual and group tasks organised on the participants’ own time and the training sessions scheduled during the timeframe of the course. The scheduled training sessions take ca. 12 hours of the total learning time.
Yes, the training course provides a certificate of completion. In all participating countries the training course is accredited and awards CPD points for those who complete the course additionally. The accreditation might be restricted to some specific health professions in the delivering countries, about relevant information contact the organising institution.
The delivery form varies in the participating countries, but in all countries the majority of the course is organised online in an asynchronous learning format (you can learn on your own time). The training sessions can be organised onsite at the training institution, or online in video calls.Training sessions will be delivered onsite in Hungary, Lithuania and Romania, and you can expect online training in Cyprus, Greece and Italy. Yes, the training sessions will be led by the facilitators of the course, and on the online learning platform they will follow-up your work, provide feedback and you can reach out with questions to them any time.
