H-PASS was presented at the Academy of Management 2025 in Copenhagen within the session “Health Workforce Planning in the Era of Proximity Care”.

During the session, Irene Gabutti (UCSC) contributed to the discussion by highlighting emerging competencies in healthcare professions and positioning the project within the broader academic debate on workforce transformation.

The event provided an opportunity to connect H-PASS with interdisciplinary research on organisational change, workforce planning and professional development.

Participation in the Academy of Management strengthened the project’s academic visibility and reinforced its role in advancing innovative training approaches across Europe.
