We are excited to announce that the Hungarian pilot of the H-PASS project, organized by National Directorate General for Hospitals in collaboration with Semmelweis University Health Services Management Training Centre, officially launched on March 19. This marks a key milestone in our efforts to support skills development in the healthcare sector.
Diverse Participants, Two Learning Paths
The pilot brings together participants from various professional backgrounds, including nurses, medical doctors and allied health professionals. Their diverse experiences will enrich the learning process and contribute to a dynamic exchange of knowledge.
The program features three groups: Two hybrid groups, where participants will combine online learning with in-person training sessions, and a fully online group, offering flexibility for those unable to attend in person.
A Strong Start with Online Onboarding
The first hybrid group and the online group began their journey with an online onboarding session on Wednesday afternoon. This session provided an overview of the program, introduced the learning platform, and gave participants a chance to connect with trainers and fellow learners.
A third, hybrid group will start in early May, giving even more participants the opportunity to join the program.
As the program progresses, participants will engage in interactive learning activities, practical exercises, and knowledge-sharing opportunities. We are eager to follow their journey and see how the H-PASS project can support their professional development.
We will be sharing updates on key milestones and participant experiences—stay tuned!
