Now, that you completed the lessons of the module, it’s time to put your knowledge into practice. In this online group exercise, in groups of 3-5 you will get familiar with a case study and discuss it based on the theoretical framework provided in the e-learning material. You will have to submit your answers to the given questions below and you will be guided by technical instructions that help to experience online teamwork as well.

Use the Lexical content materials to solve the exercises.

1. At which stage of the group’s development is the team working on the introduction of teleconsultation? What is typical of this stage?
2. In the e-learning material you have been introduced to five different types of conflict. To which type(s) do you think the conflict between Adam and Dora belongs? Why?
3. Make a 5-point proposal to Linda and Dr Edwards for the next working group meeting.
4. How do you think the dynamics are affected by the fact that the working group could only meet online?

Technical Guidelines:

• Use zoom (see video about installation and how to use it in Module0), switch on AI summary (select your language!), record a short part of your meeting (1 min), save your chat. While working, set your background, share your screen, change, try muting and unmuting yourself, switch camera on and off, experiment with different screen layouts, use reaction buttons, vote, etc. Have fun with the app.
• Create a google drive document, for working together. Create your solution to the task on that platform (text document). Make corrections and add comments to each other’s notes. Download this document and a clean document without the comments.
